1. Each purchase of the Proxy List Service (the Service) is licensed for use by ONE end user on ONE computer. If the user want to get the Service from another computer or you modified the hardware, he/she should make another purchase.

2. All sales are final once Stealth Proxy activates the Service, or the 30 day subscription after purchase.

3. The end user may not sell, rent, lease, loan, give, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Service in whole or in part to any other person or third party.

4. The end user allows that the quantity and quality of proxy lists may vary because of reasons such as servers down or system maintenance.

5. This Service End User License Agreement is effective upon your purchase to the Service and shall continue until it is terminated. The license will terminate upon breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

6. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. In no event shall Stealth Proxy be liable to you for any other damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Please be aware that the Stealthproxy Proxies must not be used for any of the following purposes:

 

• For any purposes which are classed as illegal. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright violation.
• To communicate with others in a manner that is against the law.
• To transmit any material that is abusive, unlawful, threatening, obscene or which poses a risk to either somebody else or their equipment.
• To send unsolicited commercial email or carry out spamming, on a discussion forum for example.
• To conduct acts of terrorism.
