Charon is one of the most effective freeware proxy checking tools available. It is a simple and easy to understand program with a lot of useful functions.

This is a preconfigured Stealthproxy.org version. Just download, unzip and run "Charon.exe". Import our proxy lists and start checking.

Note: Charon or any other Proxy Checker will find little or no Proxies if you have not patched your TCPIP of your Windos XP / Vista / 7 System.
